I took a 25 dollar pump loading handgun that uses the small CO2 cartridges and cut off the handle. I then cut wood for a stock and added grey 3/4 inch plastic pipe to the barrel to get the proper length. I painted the gun grey and used duct tape to attach the parts. Since the Enfield was a single shot rifle you need to have a slow fire rate. When I fire the gun I need to take a paintball out of my pouch place it in the gun, cock the rifle and then fire. Surprisingly the rifle is relatively accurate despite the fact that the paintball may rattle down the over sized barrel. If you look at the pictures you can get a general idea of the construction. I have tried to convince Tippman to manufacture period guns but until there is a market for them it won't happen. All I need to get the system working is a rifle and mask.
